In the above you'd replace AgencyName-vac with Your-Actual-Agency-Name-vac. For example, for the Generic Travel Company we'd have:

Make certain that in specifying the agent name that you do NOT use any spaces (you may use dashes) and that you include -vac as the last 4 characters. You will receive credit for any purchases made on the day of the link.

State Department Regulations now require passports or other secure documents for all citizens traveling by air to or from Canada, Mexico, Central and South America, the Caribbean and Bermuda. By June 1 2009 the same will be required for all border crossings with the above countries. Please advise your clients not to wait until the last minute to get their passports. Travel will not be possible without appropriate documents!
